Welcome toApex Exterior Services. By scheduling a service, visiting our website, or interacting with our company in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, turf cleaning, trash bin sanitizing, driveway cleaning, and related services.

All services are performed based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work may be subject to extra charges.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a service appointment.Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.If we arrive and are unable to perform services due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or lack of water, we may charge a trip fee of $75.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the work area, water, and electrical hookups if needed.Remove personal items from work areas prior to our arrival.Secure pets and notify us of any property concerns before service begins.

4. Liability

We take care in providing high-quality and safe services. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or weak materials (e.g., crumbling concrete, brittle siding, lifting turf).Damage resulting from failure to disclose fragile or compromised surfaces.Incidents caused by acts of nature or third parties beyond our control.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments.

Late payments may incur a

5% late fee

after 7 days.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, notify us within

24 hours of service

and we’ll make it right. Some stains or damage may be permanent and outside of our control.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
